Cemetery Trustees schedule Selectmen meeting on tree removal bids

NH CHICHESTER — Chichester Cemetery Trustees schedule July 14 meeting with Selectmen to finalize tree removal bids. The trustees reviewed two of multiple bids submitted by the June 30 deadline during a July 6 meeting with Selectman Matt Stolnis; additional bids may exist but Selectwoman Carrianne Wood, overseeing the process, is out of town until July 9. The trustees plan to make a final decision at the July 14 meeting.
In other business, the trustees reviewed cemetery gate repairs by contractors Don Cotnoir and Garry Kalajian, processed a written amendment to Martha Dodge-Wilkerson's cemetery trust, and agreed to display information about Right to Inter contracts and green burials at Old Home Day on August 15.
