Committee members Jeremy Letendre, Sophia Johnson, and Sean Matousek met to discuss restoring the town's dormant capital planning process, with roughly 12 weeks remaining before budget season begins in September and October. The committee will seek the original CIP request form and bylaws to confirm historical thresholds of $10,000 minimum project cost and a 5-year useful life requirement.
