NH CHICHESTER — Chichester Planning Board approves home occupation application unanimously. The Planning Board unanimously approved a home occupation application for Larysa and Chris Eisener at 38 Hilliard Road following a public hearing where the applicants addressed board concerns with updated operating hours and aerial photography of the property. Abutter Megan Tepper raised questions during public comment about operating hours, traffic conditions, and the number of children on the property.
In other business, the board advised Phyllis Brown of 42 Cross Road to contact a survey company regarding subdivision of her commercial property and directed Jason and Courtney Peacock to seek a Zoning Board of Adjustment variance before placing a dwelling on their 35-acre property at 107 Short Falls Road. Reformation Bible Church at 190 Dover Road moved forward on its site plan review application after consultant Jon Rokeh completed preliminary work.
