Planning Board conditionally approves Anderson two-lot subdivision

NH CHICHESTER — Chichester Planning Board approves Anderson subdivision with conditions. The board voted unanimously to advance a two-lot project at 183 Dover Road contingent on recording an access easement, removing commercial structures, and obtaining professional plan stamps. The board also unanimously deemed complete a mail-order gun parts operation site plan by Scott Marston at 6 Swiggey Brook Road but continued review to April 2 pending a lighting plan and updated notes reflecting a previously granted zoning variance.

The board voted unanimously to support reducing the Louie Lane road bond from 10 percent to 5 percent, noting satisfactory performance for two years.
