NH CHICHESTER — Planning Board conditionally approves equipment facility expansion in Chichester. The Planning Board unanimously approved Milton Real Properties' 1,300-square-foot garage addition and 1,100-square-foot open-air canopy at 100 Dover Road, with conditions including accurate wetland depiction, floodplain references, professional signatures, and Registry of Deeds recording. The board also unanimously forwarded a rezoning request for Map 10, Lot 31 to March Town Meeting, converting the property from Rural Agricultural to Residential consistent with surrounding parcels.
Two site plan reviews were continued to February pending Technical Review Committee assessment and legal review by the Town Attorney.
