NH CHICHESTER — Planning Board unanimously approves floodplain development standard updates to Site Plan Regulations. The Board accepted revised language for Section 10 in response to state Department of Environmental Services requirements, with Member Corie St. Germain moving to accept and Member Richard Bouchard seconding; the motion passed unanimously.
The Board also continued two major applications to March: Eric Jones' mixed-use residential/commercial Site Plan Review at 350 Dover Road, pending Technical Review Committee completion, and Gary Anderson's two-lot subdivision at 183 Dover Road, which requires legal clarification on the 200-foot residential frontage requirement and potential variance submission.
