NH CHICHESTER — Chichester Select Board approves revised $171,818.77 payroll manifest after school payment correction. The Board unanimously adopted SOP 003, the Debit Card Purchasing Policy, setting a $1,000 daily limit for department heads and $5,000 for the Select Board office card, with the Treasurer controlling account funding. Old Home Day returns August 15 with a secured pig roast and tent; vendor fees and alcohol policy will be discussed Thursday.
The Board reviewed road construction quotes for Carpenter Road ($103,000) and Swiggey Brook Road ($167,000), totaling within the $330,000 budget, and agreed to release at least one project to address contractor scheduling delays.
