Chichester Select Board elects Stolnis as chair, accepts Louis Lane

NH CHICHESTER — Chichester Select Board elects Stolnis chair, accepts Louis Lane. Matt Stolnis was unanimously elected to lead the board, with members citing his experience and the value of continuity. George Smirnioudis, representing the family that constructed Louis Lane, presented evidence that all Planning Board requirements had been met, including paving and fire pond installation with the maintenance bond reduced to 5 percent.
The board voted unanimously to accept the road. In other business, the board approved a Select Board Manifest totaling $78,027.70 for payroll and accounts payable, and discussed email security protocols and committee coordination to enable livestream access at meetings.
