NH CHICHESTER — Select Board approves $65,703 manifest and greenlights debit-card rollout. The board unanimously backed the May accounts payable and payroll manifest and directed Treasurer Robin to order debit cards for department use while finalizing a personnel policy, setting a conservative working balance of roughly $2,000 and requiring cardholder acknowledgement and timely receipts. The board also approved $300 in consulting fees (Doug Smith, four hours at $75 per hour) for QuickBooks reconciliation work and authorized payment of a $1,000 insurance deductible for a damaged safety building condenser, to be drawn from the safety building repair account.
