Select Board approves payroll and establishes counsel communication policy

NH CHICHESTER — Chichester's Select Board unanimously adopts new counsel communication policy. The three-member board approved the protocol as members discussed controlling legal costs and clarifying oversight procedures. Separately, the board authorized $85,949 in accounts payable and payroll for the April 16 payroll date.
Committee appointments included Jim Kee to the Road Advisory Committee; Robin LeBreton and Sean Mastusek to two-year Capital Improvement Program terms; and Betty Bogdan to a three-year CIP position and Budget Advisory Committee alternate. The board also appointed an Alternate Ex-Officio representative to the Planning Board, with one member abstaining.
