NH CHICHESTER — Chichester Select Board withdraws Welfare Manager appointment over confidentiality concerns. After residents raised questions about departmental confidentiality and the appointment candidate's past conduct, the Board withdrew a motion to appoint Bette Bogdan and agreed to revisit after reviewing existing policies. The three-member Board, led by Matt Stolnis, unanimously approved a $450 repair bid from Prime Remodeling LLC for Town Hall's interior security door, reappointed Corie St.
Germaine as Planning Board Chair, and approved a $505,996.84 accounts payable and payroll manifest. The Treasurer reported low cash-on-hand levels, prompting Board discussion of a potential Tax Anticipation Note loan.
